Valentine’s Day Party Volunteers Needed!!

We are excited that once again, our PTO will be holding our Valentine’s Day Parties for students in classrooms on Monday, February 14th from 1:45-2:30 p.m.  PTO is currently looking for three parent volunteers per class to coordinate and run the parties. We kindly ask that if you have already volunteered at a Halloween or Winter party, you allow other parents to sign up for that classroom's Valentine's Day party first. Please only sign up to volunteer in one classroom as there will not be an opportunity to volunteer in multiple classrooms at once. On Monday, January 24th, remaining volunteer opportunities will be open to all parents. Thank you for your understanding as we try to allow as many parents to participate this year as we are able.

The three room parents for each classroom will be the only parents permitted to enter the building for the parties, as we are still implementing mitigation strategies due to COVID. Each volunteer will need to show proof of vaccination, or provide a negative COVID-19 test to participate as mandated by Gov. Pritzker and outlined by District #220 (English and Spanish).  Parties will have some restrictions and specific details will be shared with volunteers as soon as possible!

The PTO and Grove staff thank you in advance for volunteering to plan and host your child's classroom party! Thank you so much for volunteering to make this special for our kids!
