We had a great first day back at Grove! The whole building was definitely a buzz with excitement from both our students and staff! We started the day off with some fun music and a visit from our new Grizzly during student arrival! The Grizzly will be around our school all next week and students will be participating in a Grizzly naming contest with their class. We will end our week next Friday with an all school spirit day! Students and staff are encouraged to wear their Grove gear or school colors. Thank you to our wonderful PTO for the popsicles at Meet the Teacher and their assistance with our school spirit activities during our first week back.

Our first PTO meeting of the year will be held this coming Tuesday, August 31st at 9:15 a.m. under the tent by the main entrance of the school. I hope many of you will join us to reconnect and engage with our PTO Executive Board in planning activities for our students and the entire Grove Community! We look forward to holding safe and fun events that will bring us all back together again.
